I can't rate Falcoda highly enough...

I can't rate Falcoda highly enough. At 11pm at night, I found their customer service still online (it's a bank holiday weekend).They answered my sales queries satisfactorily, managed to order, set-up, and have an active web site, including the domain name resolving, in under an hour. The prices were unbelievable too.

I very...

I very, very rarely bother writing reviews online but for the first time in a very long time I have been moved to share my opinion. I was previously registered with the frankly awful JustHost - a company whose customer service is so bad that it could very easily be run by monkeys. Blind, stressed monkeys at that. I moved my hosting account to Falcoda after lots of research and have been bowled over by their support. Moving hosters was easy, their friendly support tireless and the speed at which they answer emails incredible. Compared to the clowns at JustHost there is no comparison. If you are looking for a hosting provider use Falcoda. Immediately. Do it now.

Falcoda Internet are without equal...

Falcoda Internet are without equal. Their prices are amazing but more importantly their customer service guys are the best anywhere bar none. I have recently joined and needed lots of help and tech support. Rob on the phone and Steve on live chat have been incredible offering friendly help and guidance way beyond any I have experienced before. If there are seminars out there to teach companies how to offer customer support then these guys should run them.
