There are plenty of other choices out there, so staying with The Serve for as long as I have must tell you something good about them. I have been in the on-line world for more years than I care to mention and have like many others, gone through my fair share of isp's. I can tell you and have absolutely no reservations in doing so that this particular isp (Theserve) is without doubt the best in terms of user friendly and very competent and fast technical support.
