What can i say about webfusion...

What can i say about webfusion. I moved into a developer roll at a new work place and they needed a new server. So i priced up a webfusion system for them and the support and speed to which issues get solved are just great! All i needed to do was give them a quick call, 30 seconds later and my email issue had been sorted. What more could i want? From one happy customer!

I have been hosting with Webfusion for nearly a year and I am impressed with the speed of response to my queries and questions. They are always very professional and although some of their products do provide a bit of a learning curve it is reassuring to know that there is someone on the end of the phone or email to help you and point you in the right direction when on occasion things do go wrong. I would happily recommend Webfusion to others. Great service and price.

Having been a pretty much happy Webfusion...

Having been a pretty much happy Webfusion (Host Europe as it was) customer for many years, the buy out by Pipex and move of support down south caused me many a headache and frustrated phone call trying to get past the standard, "it's not a managed server so it's your responsibility" reply to my support request. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I made the call for support ready to argue once again that the problem wasn't mine, to find a new dedicated VPS support team who, for the most part didn't hide behind the old battle cry of "it's not us gov". Better still these helpful guys are back up here in the friendly north. It's refreshing to find support back as it should be, helping the customer and a two way street where everyone learns. As a customer I don't want to be having to rely on others to fix my problems I like to be able to roll my sleves up and get stuck in and do it myself. However, there's alwasy going to be times you need to turn to more expert eyes or simply need another fresh pair of eyes on a problem. It's great that this now happens once agaain, everyone learns and new problems get identified, resolved and documented so others can fix them as well without the need for more hands on support. Coming from a support background I know it's a thankless job and that all the calls you ever get are because someone has a problem, never do you get a call to say, "hey guys, everything is working just fine, great job keeping it that way, well done". So this is my thanks to the guys in Webfusions VPS support team for keeping things going and helping the customer like it used to be done in the good old days. Thanks Guys

The guys at WebFusion always go out...

The guys at WebFusion always go out of their way to help with all situations related to hosting. I currently have a VPS package with them, and will be upgrading to a Dedicated server as my site portfolio expands. They value for money is amazing and I still wonder how they manage to do it! My main reason for using WebFusion is for their OUTSTANDING customer service - I have called with a few queries over the last few months, and the guys on the other end of the phone (UK Based!) not only helped, but also taught me how to deal with the issues in the future. I really cannot recommend WebFusion more, and continue to recommend them to all friends/family/colleagues in need of quality web hosting services. Since becoming a web developer, I have been with about 6 different web hosts. WebFusion is by far the best hosting provider I have ever come across and is leagues ahead of the other 5!

I was sent an email to renew my domain...

I was sent an email to renew my domain name. Unfortunatly the person who initially set up this deal is no longer at the company and we have no way of accessing the website. Rang to state we still wish to purchase this domain name but have no user name details. They could not find the domain name let alone let me purchase it. I was put on hold continually at the premium rate number. Final decision was there was nothing they could do. If banks, HM Revenue and customs and every body else can take a signature from one of the directors of the company in order to change contact names then I am really struggling to understand why this company can't. I have no idea what I am am supposed to do now, and the guy could not advise me anything. I have honestly in my life never had such poor service from an organisation and I have dealt with hundreds in my time.
