How do you support your customers?
We provide 24 hour technical and sales support so you never have to worry! We also provide phone support and call back service from 9am to 7pm on weekdays and have also int6roduced a live chat service where you can talk directly to the support team. For Dedicated Servers support will be escalated from a phone call or ticket, but we also offer the option to have a Fully Managed Server as a chargeable option. This comes with a 5 minute response time service level agreement (SLA), along with other features and benefits. Customers can also get a status update on UK2 from our telephone line in the rare event of there being a problem with our website.
