By owning its own data centre and network infrastructure, it is able to deliver the complete set of vertical components in the hosting arena from managing single servers through to the design and build of complex multi application environments.
What unique selling points do you offer?
There are not many hosting companies, if any, that can truly claim to own the whole end to end customer experience from domain name to data centre. Many will advertise that they have their own state of the art data suites but in reality they are utilizing a third party’s facility. By owning and managing our own data centres we can genuinely offer a 100% business uptime guarantee rather than the standard 100% network guarantee as we are solely accountable to our clients.
Describe the services you offer?
Our definition is quiet simple. It’s about providing all the IT skills, services and support to an organisation so that they are free to concentrate on managing their core business activities.
Describe your target market?
We service all business markets from the SME seeking one dedicated server through to large brand extenders/service providers wishing to offer hosted products either as white label or SaaS.
How is your company planning for the future?
We believe that we will have established ourselves as the managed hosting provider of choice for the UK business market place.
What benefits can you offer your customers?
Because every customer no matter their size or hosting requirements is treated on an individual basis. We recognize that no two customers are the same so why should they expect the same hosting services? We simply will not offer the cookie cutter approach to hosting.
How do you support your customers?
We provide an extremely comprehensive range of support services – all provided by our 24 x 7 on site NOC and support teams. Services range from Intelligent Hands, through to Managed Back Up and restore round to customized SLAs. As with everything that we do, our support services are offered on a completely bespoke basis and we will tailor our services to suit our customer’s requirements.
